You, me and that’s it! 1 on 1 weekly coaching that is dedicated solely to you and your goals. My 10-week program will put you on the road to healthy and sustainable changes. This program allows for individualized coaching based on your goals, progress and needs.
what you’ll get
10 1:1 weekly sessions
We will meet in person or virtually once a week. These meetings will be used for coaching on goal setting, accountability, progress/setbacks and anything else you need. These are your meetings to help you attain your health and wellness goals.
unlimited text/email
Our time isn’t limited to one hour a week, real life happens in real time and I’m here for it. During the program you have unlimited access to me via text and email during normal business hours. If you are frustrated, need help or have a question, I’m a few clicks away. If you just want to send me a funny meme, I’m here for a good laugh!
Workbook
As part of the program you will receive a weekly tracker. This is used to help you incorporate healthy changes in behavior and keep you on track to hit your determined goals. This is not a bible, but a guide. It’s another tool in your arsenal to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.
personalized goal setting
At the beginning of the program we will sit down and determine what your goals are. I will help you to map out realistic and attainable goals and steps to achieve them. We will check in on these goals regularly and pivot as needed. My goal is to guide you to success!
monthly newsletter
You will be the lucky recipient of my monthly newsletter for the duration of the program and afterwards. Healthy tips, recipes and musings will be delivered to your inbox to read at your leisure.
